After Graduating from Morehouse College with his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration all while completing two summer internships with investment banks in New York City, he went on to choose to be employed by BMO Wealth Management. In his employment he would go through their Corporate Investment Banking training program, then landed his first role as team member to a subscription lending group within the company. He would spend an exact 7 years, 8 months and 20 days prior to joining BMO’s Wealth Management. This transition was inspired by his desire to accelerate his growth within the company by the production of new business for BMO. He was correct in his actions as it allowed him to climb his way through the ladder, taking on the role of an Analyst, Associate, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and now in his current role, Director and Managing Partner.

In his current position as the Managing Director & Head of Private Equity Credit, he creates strategies to win business within this industry, he also manages a team that ensures the achievement of goals in financial results and risk management.
